Today, I will introduce about my memory of the summer.
One month ago, two Australian women came in our retaurant:-)
They wanted to eat “Tenpura”, but it was not on our restaurant’s grand menu .
Then, our chef made an original one.
They say ‘Wow!’ and ‘It’s delicious!’
It made us happy 
This is a special product in Hakata and called “Motsunabe”.
Many people like it , me too.
This is popular in winter since autumn.
Many people order !
However, it takes time to make this.
It takes time for the preparation too.
When we take order it , we are very BUSY!(;=;)

・row cream 10 cc
・soy saurce 2 cc
・Mirin 5 cc
Advice: Please use a oil alittle much.
