<p>Udon is simple and easy to cook.</p>
<p>So I want to introduce some original Udon recipe.</p>
<p>Before cooking, I  put the noodles into an earthenware pot and add  Kimuchi.</p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'ＭＳ Ｐゴシック';"></span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'ＭＳ Ｐゴシック';">2. Remove the bacon and put on paper towels to drain and set aside. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'ＭＳ Ｐゴシック';"></span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'ＭＳ Ｐゴシック';">5. Pour about 1/4 of the batter into the center of the skillet. Place 4 slices of cooked bacon in the center.</span></p>

Fry for about 5 minutes or until the edges are dry. Flip and cook on the other side until the center is stable and it is browned on both sides. <p>This tastes of  Miso, and so you can not eat without rice!</p>
<p>■RECIPE■</p>
<p>①You should buy 1-2 packs of chicken wings.(500-650g)</p>
<p>②Thaw the chickens.</p>
<p>③Prepare the hot water　and boil　the　chicken wings for 20 minutes.</p>
<p>④ Pour into a sieve basket.</p>
<p>⑤Warm a fry pan and add a serving spoon of Miso.</p>
<p>⑥Add a little Mirin and mix them until they become smooth.</p>
<p>⑦Put in the chicken and heat (midium) for 20-30 minutes.<br />
